Caprese Salad

1 BelGioioso Unwrap & Roll Fresh Mozzarella Sheet

2-3 Tomatos

2 Tablespoons EVOO

Fresh Basil Leaves

Salt and Pepper

Unwrap mozzarella sheet

Slice tomato and spread out on sheet

Add basil leaves

Tightly roll up

Cut into 1/2- 1 inch pieces 

Drizzle with EVOO

Add salt and pepper
